Work Warranty

ACRT warrants that all IT services provided to the Customer will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of completion.

Product Warranty

ACRT further warrants that any products supplied and installed by ACRT as part of its services will be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of up 3 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The warranties provided by ACRT do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • To claim the warranty, the Customer must promptly notify ACRT of any defects or issues during the warranty period.
  • ACRT will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective work or product covered by this warranty.
  • ACRT reserves the right to deny warranty claims at its discretion with or without notice.


This Agreement does not cover:

  • Regular maintenance, adjustments, or modifications not performed by ACRT.
  • Damage caused by third-party products or services not supplied or authorized by ACRT.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must ACRT and provide details of the issue. ACRT will respond promptly and provide instructions for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of ACRT under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work or products. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
